審尋が確定した／小規模個人再生申立の受理
「小規模個人再生の申立」が受理されたと弁護士さんから書類が届いた。
審尋の日程も記載されていたので、今度はウソ偽りなく裁判所行きが確定！
どうやら印鑑を持っていかなくてはならないようだが、何に使うものか？
行ってみればわかるので印鑑もって、スーツ着て行きます。
弁護士さんから届いた書類に、一つ気になる、というか確認しなければならないことがある。
自分の個人民事再生は「住宅ローン特則」での手続きになるのだが、債務整理を弁護士さんに受任して頂いたときに「住宅ローンは返済を続けるように」、と指示があったのだが。
今回の文書には、再生手続き開始まで借金の返済はできないから、住宅ローンを含む全ての債務の返済は停止すること、との記載がありまして。
担当さんから電話で指示されたことはやっているから問題は無いと思うけど、一応確認してみます。
さてさて、そういえば最近「家族関係」のこと書いてないっすね。
今日は、カミサンのクルマのタイヤをスタッドレスに交換することから１日が始まった。
タイヤ交換後、アパートへ。お昼は外食でも安くてうまいラーメンを。
ユニクロで服を買ってもらってから公園で遊び、平和な休日を過ごして。
アパートに帰宅して、息子を昼寝させたんだが。
昼寝から起きたときは元気だったんだけど、いつもと違い今日は夕食を食べない。大好きなカレーなのに。
ぐずっていたので、だっこしたら熱い。土曜の夜、やってる病院なんて無いぞ。と思っただが、３６５日２２時まで子供の病気を対応することを始めた病院をカミサンが思い出し、そそくさと病院へ。
インフルエンザではなかったけど、扁桃腺が腫れてて４０度の熱がありました。家で計ったときは３８度だったけど。
そのこともあり、病院から帰宅して息子を寝かせてからカミサンも布団の中へ。
それから娘と風呂に入って、遊んで寝かしつけて。
そのまま、寝ていれば自宅へ帰らなくてもいいんだけど、やはり完全にカミサンの許しを得てはいないから。
何かあれば電話があるだろうと思い、今日も自宅へ帰ってきました。
家族関係は多分いい方向へ前進しているとは思うけど、完全回復はまだ実感できないです。
いつになったらまた一緒に住むことができるか、もどかしいけど答えはそのうち出るでしょう。

関東地方も寒さが増してきました。
クリスマスや年末・年始と慌しくこの一ヶ月が進む事と思います。
裁判は多少心労でしょうが今一生懸命できること全力でこなし、明るい新年が迎えれる事をお祈りします。

やりましたね！ついに確定しましたか、今度は間違い無さそうですね（笑）。
住宅ローン特例の件は私も該当しそうなので気になります。是非情報入ったら教えて下さい。
息子さん、心配でしょうけど、一応ケジメつけるあたりさすが！って感じですね。
この調子で、帰らなくてもいい日が早くやって来るといいですね。
こちらも急に寒さが厳しくなってきましたので、専業主夫もえらく気を遣います。

おそらく債務整理の方向性が決まるまでは『破産』に可能性もあるんで一時的に住宅ローンの支払いもストップということ何でしょう。
手続が開始されれば『個人再生』認可までほぼ間違いなし！みたいなところありますから、
今後の住宅ローンを支払っていっても家計に問題なし！って事で。
認可が下りる頃には…家族で住めるようになっていれば…そう思い応援１
