多重債務問題への対策／机上の空論にならない対策を
貸金業法の改正により、貸し手の代表である「消費者金融」業界は過払い利息返還で大ダメージ。
貸し渋りや貸し剥がしで、今までなんとか凌いでいた「自転車操業の債務者」も窮地に追い込まれている。
大車輪操業の停止を余儀なくされるのも、債務者にとっては非常に痛い問題であり。
貸金業法の改正が関連しているのかどうかは分からんが、今日の日経。。。日本経済新聞に「多重債務対策」の記事があった。
有識者が集まって検討される対策案なんだが、具体的にどう進めていくのか気になるところ。
最終案骨子が項目として記事になっていたので、自分が思うところは後日書き留めてみたいと思ってます。
その記事に隣接して「三和ファイナンス」の業務停止の記事があったんだが。。。
この業務停止中における借金返済の位置付けってどういったものなんだろう。
業務停止については「顧客の自発的な借金返済を除く全ての業務」が対象と。
自発的な借金返済というのは、返済期限に基づいた借金返済ということなんだろな。
業務による催促・督促ができないから、返済は全て債務者の自発的行為ということで。
かれこれ１年くらい前のこと。
窮地を凌ぐには新たに借金をするしかない！とネットで検索していた。
ネット上「審査が甘い」といわれる消費者金融のなかにリストアップされていた。
審査が甘いということは、借りるときにはとっても好都合。
でも、その反面「借金返済」が滞れば、その追い込みは審査の甘さに比例するはず。
自分はその三和ファイナンスさんから審査でＮＧ喰らったけどね。
ある意味、甘いと言われていた三和ファイナンスさんから融資を断られた頃から、自分がどういった状況なのか自覚したのかもしれない。
貸し手が判断する債務者の状況は、融資条件が甘い消費者金融でも自分が思っているほど甘くはないと。
それで、この先どうしようと途方に暮れたこと、今こうしてリアルに思い出したりしてます。
自分の場合は多重債務から脱却し、これからの人生再建再生が図れそうだけど、道を危ぶめばどうなっていたかは。。。
有識者による、いわば多重債務問題にかかわるプロが打ち出す多重債務対策だから、根本的な多重債務問題まで考えての対策であることだとは思いますが。
その「有識者会議」が、机上の空論にならないことを。。。願ってます。
